Tolerance & Precision FAQ
Q1: What is your standard CNC machining tolerance?
A: Our standard tolerance is ±0.02mm ~ ±0.05mm. High-precision parts can reach ±0.005mm with 5-axis processing.
Q2: What surface roughness can you achieve?
A: Normal Ra 0.8~Ra3.2. Mirror polishing can reach Ra 0.2 for high-precision fitting surfaces.
Q3: Can you guarantee geometric tolerance?
A: Yes. We strictly control flatness, perpendicularity, parallelism and coaxiality according to customer drawing requirements.
Q4: What is the tolerance for thin-wall parts?
A: Thin-wall parts require reasonable tolerance relaxation due to material stress. We provide professional design optimization suggestions.
Q5: Do you follow international machining standards?
A: All parts comply with ISO standard tolerances and industrial manufacturing specifications.
